Jamie Logie is a certified personal trainer and nutritionist. Jamie studied Kinesiology at Western University and is certified through the association of Canadian Fitness Professionals and the Sports Performance Institute. Jamie has worked in gyms and health clubs in Canada, England, Australia, and is the director of fitness for a youth sports camp in Connecticut, USA. Jamie is also an author, podcast, and contributing writer on health and fitness for places like the Huffington Post, Thrive Global, and LifeHack among many others.
