Morgan is a Registered Dietitian and writer who enjoys educating others about nutrition and healthy living. Her topics of choice include everything from chronic disease prevention and weight loss to mindful eating and body peace. She believes that the most effective way to achieve healthy and sustainable results is to ditch the dieting scene and practice consistency, moderation, and patience. Outside of work, Morgan is a dedicated mother and wife who enjoys snuggling with her baby and her kitty, Ferrah; visiting local coffee shops with her hubby; cooking up yummy, vegetarian recipes; taking long, nature walks; and going on beach adventures.
